A bartender in Los Angeles, Bill Bader became inolved with photography while modeling for, and later assisting, James Williams. Intrigued, he approached Williams about becoming partners in photography; Williams declined, wishing to work solo. So Bader struck out on his own, resulting in several layouts and covers (shown) published between 1982 and 83.
