Originally from Texas, Kent studied art in New York City at Parsons
School of Design where he received his BFA. Worked freelance
in New York for several years before moving to the West Coast. The
first men's publication he appeared in was MANDATE c1988.
He illustrated for the fiction publication FRICTION for
a few years in the early nineties. His work appeared in MEN and FRESHMEN starting in 1992.

100 issues of the Monthly publications. The monthlies include: MEN, FRESHMEN,
IN TOUCH, INDULGE, PLAYGUY, MANDATE, HONCHO, INCHES, TORSO and
many others.
